This hotel is not worth staying. They refused lunch for our family and friends.They refused to check in and use Toilet for our children. My Grandchildren had suffered a lot. Refused to refund the amount paid for the room saying that Make my Trip was responsible for it. Hospitality Nothing worth the name "Heritage Haveli". The Front Desk staff was incourtious and arrogant. People should think twice before booking this hotel. I personally don't recommend to stay.

It's a nice hotel with big room sizes. We had a good stay. Very near to the temple and sarovar. The food is tasty and offers a decent spread. Good on cleanliness and attitude of the staff.

Hotel room was spacious. Cleanliness was maintained and food quality was good. Only problem was that there was slight leakage in all the taps so water was getting wasted and landline receiver kept getting disconnected from the phone.

Location is good. Everything else bad. Do not choose this hotel. They charged me in cash even though I had prepaid online, but unfortunately did not realize that (my bad). When I reached out to be reimbursed for double paying, they did not respond to me. There were constant power cuts that they assured me all of Pushkar was experiencing but an acquaintance in a much more affordable guest house said he experienced no power cuts. 24-hour wifi and A/C is a lie. Good location but not worth it for the horrible management. Do not stay here. Edit: Response from owner below does not take into account that power cuts were not happening in several other places in the same area of Pushkar, so your explanation that you are in a rural area is insufficient. Edit: After several weeks' back and forth, management has refunded me one payment after having double charged me.

Staff is so nice and food was tasty, rooms are spacious and luxury. If you want feel actual Rajputana stay this is the best place in Pushkar.

Quite difficult to find as a foreigner. The service is good. Room okok and still comfortable. During my visit in Dec is cool around 14°c.

Nice Hotel with good quality food, location was good hotels ambience is nice, staff of hotel was good but need to improve, but restaurant staff was very polite and helpful provided tasty and healthy food

Have good Ambiance around. They have provided really good service about breakfast, dinner. But have some issues like lack of electricity, appliances, wifi.
